Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 June 2026
Welcome to Uni-Lead ("يوني ليد"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Uni-Lead website, mobile application, and related services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who we are
Uni-Lead is an international student-recruitment platform that helps students across the GCC, the Levant, and North Africa discover universities and programs, organise their documents, and manage applications through to enrolment, with support from counselors.
"Uni-Lead", "يوني ليد", our logos, and our brand are trademarks of Uni-Lead and its operating entity. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Uni-Lead.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. What the Platform does
Uni-Lead provides educational guidance, a secure document vault, and tools to prepare and submit applications to universities and partner institutions. Counselors may offer general informational support; this is not legal, immigration, or financial advice.
Admission decisions, scholarship awards, visa approvals, and enrolment are made solely by the relevant universities, authorities, and third parties — not by Uni-Lead.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee admission to any university or program, the grant of any visa or scholarship, any particular timeline, or any specific result. Any estimates, eligibility indicators, or recommendations are provided for general guidance only and may change.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to submit only documents and information that are genuine, accurate, and lawfully yours to share. Submitting forged, altered, or fraudulent documents is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant institutions and authorities.
You are responsible for reviewing each university's own requirements, deadlines, and terms before applying.
6. Fees and commissions
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Uni-Lead's core services are provided to students free of charge. Where any fee applies, it will be disclosed to you before you incur it.
Uni-Lead may receive commissions or fees from universities and partner institutions in connection with successful applications or enrolments. This does not increase the cost of your tuition and does not compromise the guidance we provide.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the "Uni-Lead" and "يوني ليد" names and logos, is owned by Uni-Lead or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. University and program names remain the property of their respective owners.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for your own student application purposes. You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, uploading malicious code, harvesting data, impersonating others, or using the Platform for any unlawful, misleading, or harmful purpose.
9. Third-party universities and services
The Platform links to and facilitates dealings with universities, payment providers, and other third parties. Their products, services, and terms are their own responsibility. Uni-Lead is not liable for the acts, omissions, or content of any third party.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uni-Lead, its affiliates, officers, employees, and counselors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of admission, scholarship, visa, profits, data, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to Uni-Lead (if any) in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Uni-Lead harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your submission of inaccurate or unlawful information or documents.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Platform and its users. You may stop using the Platform and request closure of your account at any time.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of the United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
